Kaplan Marino partners, Nina Marino and Richard Kaplan, are proud to have attended the 2026 American Bar Association Annual Meeting in Chicago this past weekend. The Annual Meeting brought together legal professionals from across the country to exchange ideas, strengthen professional relationships, see friends including Sara Alpert Lawson and celebrate leadership throughout the ABA. 

A key highlight of the conference was the official leadership transition for the ABA Criminal Justice Section, where Nina Marino began her term as the 76th Chair of the ABA Criminal Justice Section for the 2026–2027 bar year.
